BioWell, I made this journal for self injury and then later on eating disorders. I started out with an eating disorder first. About a year ago. Then cutting came into the picture, liek 2 montsh afterwards. None of the 'doctors' know of my ED. But the self injury...well everyone knows about that. I mostly cut, but i burn, pinch, bite, scratch, carve(alot) and a few other things too. My childhood was pretty horrible :-/ My dad is a sociopath, and I was left with ptsd(post traumatic stress disorder) and an anxiety disorder. My mom is pretty screwed up. :-/ She has mental and physical healthy problems. I have a HUGE sleep problem. I never ever sleep at night. I have been in the psych hospital 3 times. THe stabalazation center....I'm in therepy- year five :] I smoke a bit...not a whole bunch though. I love music...and i'm always there for you =] ((whoever 'you' might be))
